The president, Mr. Panya Mahachai, the committee of Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University Council, the committee of Academic Council and the Vice-president joined the opening ceremony of Savannakhet University. The ceremony was held at Kaysone Phomvihane district, Savannakhet province on the 12th October 2009.
