On 8th July 2013, Assistant Professor. Dr. Vijittra Vonganusith, Deputy Director of Institute of Language, Arts and Culture, opened the “IELTS training course" held in Room no. 1120, Building 11. The invited speaker from British Council, Mr. Samuel Ross Allen gave a presentation on effective strategies for the listening and reading tests, writing techniques, and the test format.
